Are our children invited?

The welcome party and wedding events will be adult only. If you would like to bring your children to enjoy the weekend (we support both ways!), The Broadmoor provides certified nanny services, which can conveniently be used for the evening events. More information can be found at broadmoornannies.com or by calling guest services. Additionally, requests can be made for nearby or adjoining rooms if you plan to bring childcare help with you.

When should I book a hotel room?

If you are interested in staying at The Broadmoor, we recommend you book a room as soon as possible. As of October 2022, the hotel was over 80% booked for the weekend of August 12, 2023. Please see the Travel & Stay page for more details on room reservations.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation for the ceremony and reception will be provided, originating from and returning to The Broadmoor.

When can I book activities (golf, tennis, spa, etc.)?

Feel free to reach out to the hotel now to start booking. Tee times tend to book up in advance, so we recommend reaching out sooner than later if interested.
